Steps we are taking to address COVID-19
Dear Dallas Floor & Remodel Customer,
In our current environment, it's important for all of us to shop smarter and more consciously. We are taking the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak very seriously. We are following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO) in addition to our rigorous cleaning procedures.
We are making sure all our staff is using disinfectant and sanitizing wipes and with great caution before entering your home. If you have any concerns, call us at (972) 736-8747.
We have also created a policy requiring all team members to stay home if they’re feeling ill or have symptoms. In short, we are doing everything possible to keep you and your loved ones safe.
We are actively taking all of the precautions specified by the CDC to ensure we are prioritizing keeping our customers and employees safe. We are also offering a free 3 day, 2 night hotel stay for qualified contracts so that our customers can choose to stay off-site during their remodel.
